Grace welcomes students 18 and above. Class content includes The Nam Hoa Qi Gong Energy Workout; Tai Chi for Health Warm Up Exercises; Concentration Practice - Seven Steps to Artful Living; and Form Practice with instruction in the Tai Chi for Arthritis Form or Nam Hoa Yang Application Form. Class includes instruction and modifications for all ability levels.

Class includes Qi Gong Warm-ups, Concentration Practice and instruction in refining skills learned in the Tai Chi/Qi Gong for Health and Well Being-Sun Style Basic Class. Students should have taken the Tai Chi/Qi Gong for Health and Well Being-Sun Style Basic Movements Class including training in Core and Extension Movements of the Tai Chi for Arthritis Form.

Materials fee: $5.00 Material List: Soft folder of Qi Gong and Concentration Practice Handouts. (Optional DVD 25.00)



Tai Chi/Qi Gong for Health and Wellbeing-Sun Style Form Advanced Movements/Part 2

Class includes Qi Gong Warm-ups, Concentration Practice and instruction in Tai Chi for Health - Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 Form. Instruction in the Sun Style Part 2 Form covers the advanced movements over a 12 week period. Students should have taken the Sun Style Core Movements and Extension Movements (Part 1) classes prior to enrolling in this class. Most students find benefit in repeating the course to integrate the movements into daily practice or to benefit from the support of group practice.

Class includes Qi Gong Warm-ups, Concentration Practice and instruction in Tai Chi for Health-Yang & Sun Style Osteoporosis Form. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that has been found to be beneficial for improving balance, strength, endurance and overall wellbeing. Tai Chi for Health is an exercise program that incorporates tai chi concepts. This form was designed for people with osteoporosis but is suitable for all students.

Materials fee: $5.00 Material List: Soft folder of Qi Gong and Concentration Practice, and Form Manual. (Optional Tai Chi for Osteoporosis DVD 25.00)
